Lizzi has an MSc in HR management and has worked in the public sector for 8 years before joining the Hallidays team. She has a passion for employment law and she enjoys working in partnership with clients to resolve complex employment matters.
Rachel is the newest member to the Hallidays HR team and brings with her over 15 years’ administration experience. Rachel’s background is within the Events and Travel Industry, where her keen attention to detail and her exceptional planning and organisational skills were put to good use.
Charlotte started working at Hallidays in the Business Support team, building initial relationships, greeting and getting to know clients and helping support the team.
Charlotte is passionate about learning and developing her skills as a young HR Professional.
Liz enjoys building strong relationships and clients love our business partner approach. She has worked with companies across a range of industries and adapts her approach to suit the needs of the client. Employee development, change management and improving the bottom line through development of individuals and teams are all close to Liz’s heart.
Outside Interests:
Liz enjoys spending time with her young family, competing in triathlon’s and undoing all the good work with nice food and wine!
Lizzi has a strong interest in coaching and development to ensure the smooth and effective running of a business. She has experience in various HR practices and activities with specific experience in change management, restructuring and redundancies.
Outside Interests:
Lizzi enjoys going on holidays with her fiancé and spending time with family and friends, usually over a glass of prosecco!

Rachel is kept busy outside of work with her 3 young children, but when she does have some free time she enjoys shopping, travelling and the odd glass of prosecco. Rachel loves football and has had a Manchester United season ticket for over 20 years.
With a degree in Sociology she has always displayed a strong interest in people and getting to know the ways in which she can help. Charlotte is now studying towards her Level 5 CIPD qualification and hopes to continue her learning after this.
Charlotte is excited to start her HR journey with Hallidays as a Trainee HR Advisor and to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience from the team she now joins.
Outside Interests
Charlotte enjoys trips to the cinema as often as she can and watching anything and everything on Netflix. She also enjoys adventures with her partner and rescue dog.
